"Quality" is a hard term to qualify and quantify. At PMI, we have worked with insurance providers, and other health care organizations to define measurable indicators of quality in diagnostic imaging.
These quality indicators include patient safety; patient privacy; service measurables (speed and access); accuracy and expertise; staff training and performance; technology and equipment quality and an ongoing quality assurance and patient satisfaction query.

The PMI experience
We take extra care to keep your patients comfortable while obtaining the best possible images. This includes simple things - complimentary beverages/snacks, comfortable imaging gowns to wear during some exams, as well as a team of specialty trained technologists. Nationally, 5 percent of patients must repeat procedures. Our repeat rate is less than .5 percent. Our technologists take the time to explain the process and take the extra steps to initiate comfort measures, helping patients lay still for their exam.
